Due to the European Union’s adoption of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) effective May 25, 2018, we are no longer able help citizens of the European Union/European Economic Area (collectively referred to as the “GDPR Countries”) nor can we take any new posts about individuals from GDPR Applicable Countries. For a whole host of reasons, we find this disheartening and believe this is cutting into those individual’s ability to voice their genuine concerns about bad actors.
As part of this transition we have updated our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Among other things, one key point is that if you are a citizen of (or otherwise sitting in/operating out of) any GDPR Country you are strictly prohibited from using (browsing or posting to) this website. We think having to adopt this policy sucks and hope to be able to re-evaluate this policy in the future.
